A vampire therapy practice is about to become a lot more portable. Vampire Therapist, the BAFTA-nominated visual novel from Berlin-based Little Bat Games, is scheduled to arrive on iOS and Android on 24 November 2026.
The mobile release brings the original game, its free content updates and the Couples Therapy DLC to touchscreens. According to today’s announcement distributed by 1UP PR, players will be able to try the opening tutorial and the first two complete therapy sessions for free before deciding whether to buy the full experience.
Vampires, cognitive distortions and a dash of dark comedy
Rather than hunting monsters, players sit down to help them. As a reformed Wild West gunslinger turned vampire therapist, you guide troubled immortals through their personal histories, using concepts drawn from real cognitive behavioural therapy.
Conversations ask players to recognise misleading patterns of thought, known as cognitive distortions. The game’s concepts were developed with input from licensed therapists, although the experience is a narrative game rather than a substitute for professional therapy.
What changes on mobile?
The interface has been adapted for touchscreens, while the mobile edition incorporates the substantial content that has been added since the original PC launch in 2024. The wider release has already reached Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox, with the new platforms making the story easier to experience away from a desk or console.
Little Bat Games has built an unusual bridge between history, gothic storytelling and self-reflection. It’s an appealing prospect for readers who like thoughtful narrative games, whether or not they are normally drawn to horror.
