Direct copying and misleading imitation

Copyright and, where applicable, database rights are reserved in qualifying material to the extent held by the relevant rights holders. Unauthorised reproduction or extraction and reutilisation of protected material may be challenged where it infringes applicable rights.
Game titles, release dates, publicly available facts, mathematical formulas, general concepts and methods are not claimed as exclusive property merely by appearing in these features. Publicly disclosed methodologies remain available to read and independently implement where the law permits. Third-party source data remains subject to the rights and terms of its providers.
