What if the goal of an animal race wasn’t to back the fastest competitor, but to interfere until the finishing order matched your instructions? That is the wonderfully chaotic premise behind Dirty Derby.

Not your usual racing game

Each round begins with a random selection of animal racers. Players are assigned a target ranking and must influence the race to make that outcome happen. The result is less about conventional driving skill and more about unpredictable interventions.

Built for friends

Jebi, a solo developer from Korea, introduced the game to Coloured Static Press as a two-to-four-player online party experience. The developer also announced a playable Steam demo, making it an appealing candidate for a group test.

An early look at the project

The official Steam page credits Jebi Studio and lists December 2026 as the planned release window. With multiplayer chaos at its centre, Dirty Derby looks best understood as a social party game rather than a conventional racer.
