Fish With Friends is a laid-back online fishing game for up to eight players, with lakes, rivers and coastal waters full of fish to catch, alongside boats, wildlife and plenty of opportunities to annoy your friends.
Why it caught our attention
The Steam page describes 50 fish species, two islands, derbies, leaderboards, aquariums, customisation and a field guide. The more playful side includes ramps, wild boat rides, a seaplane and even friendly fistfights.
Demo and release information
In a developer update on X, Lake Country Games said a demo was expected during the week of 19 October, with co-op connectivity being added. Treat that as an expectation, not confirmation that the demo has launched. Steam currently lists a Q4 2026 release window.
