Never Be Alone is an open-world zombie survival adventure set ten years after an outbreak, when nature has reclaimed abandoned cities and the few surviving settlements struggle to endure.
Why it caught our attention
The protagonist awakens after a six-month coma with no memory of their past. Exploration, infected enemies, rival factions and protecting a vulnerable safezone form the basis of the game’s survival story. Steam lists solo play and online co-op.
Demo and release information
A social post from Softpale Games Indie Hub highlighted a demo dated 19 October. That promotional account is not the developer named on Steam, so we cannot treat its announcement as direct developer confirmation. Steam lists an Early Access target of 8 December 2026; check the store directly for demo availability.
